Remarks

College is very nice. Daily all lectures are organised by the staff. And the staff are very good. The process and dates are available on the website.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have select Electrical Engineering because faculty members are well qualified and most important is all staff give more knowledge about the outside world. And very important is every week test is organised on the taught syllabus.

Course Fees: INR 61281 per year

Internships Opportunities

More company gives the internship. I'm my class all student already done internship. And some foreign internship is available.

Placement Experience

Considering campus intake of our college is 750 and up to 600 students are placed. Last year one foreign company give the highest package of 18 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you have college fee above the 40000 then college allows paying a fee in instalment. And the college has its own bank so that we can apply for education loan.

Campus Life

Innovision is a big national level event is organised by the college. And college-level sports and more activity was taken by the college. Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, Shashwat Club are doing social work in neither villages.

Hostel Facilities

In the hostel, there is one room with an attached bathroom and toilet. In the hostel area, one canteen is there for hostel students. And all facility is available in the hostel.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
