Remarks

It has got the best campus interviews. They show great response towards the parents as well as the students. They show personal response to the students as well if there's any problem arises.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very strictly important. The faculty is very strict regarding the academics as well as very friendly to solve any type of doubts.

Course Fees: INR 112190 per year

Placement Experience

There are many placements available based on the percentage and aptitude tests companies like TCS, Mahindra etc. I'm planning for higher studies in abroad for MS.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are high in this college but it's worth of their teachings. There is a scholarship for quota people.

Campus Life

The annual fest takes place in the month of Feb that is technical as well as the annual day. There are many extracurricular activities regarding technical knowledge.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
