Remarks

I liked the college infrastructure and facilities. The campus of the college is also very nice. They have a good personality. Labs provided in college is also very nice. The admission process is also very simple, I felt this during the admission process. I like college because it has different A+ grades, especially from NAAC and its become a new autonomous college. Canteen provided in the college is also very good as other colleges. Faculty members take the Care of students regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum activities are very helpful to earn knowledge. Faculty members are very helpful to solve the problem during class. They behave frankly to students and help in practical laboratories. They explain each practical in a very easy way in mother languages as students understand. About the qualifications of faculty members is a very nice experience. All faculty members are M- tech passed members. Professors have a PhD degree. A unit test is also taken regularly and the question asked in college are very easy to understand. Faculty shows PPT in a lecture to understand the concept.

Internships Opportunities

There are lots of internship opportunities available in college. Internship opportunities come from different companies and PCMC also. Internship opportunities are based on the present problem in the city.

Placement Experience

From sixth semester a student can try to give campus interview for placement. The average package for Civil Engineering student is 10-15 lakhs. 40-70% of students get campus selection in college. Popular companies are visited college like "L& T " company.

Fees and Financial Aid

As compared to other colleges fees in these colleges is low. The scholarship is compulsory in this college.

Campus Life

Annual day function is take in the month of Feb probably after the first sem of year. Annual fest and tech fest are very good and very enjoyable. There are lots of books available in the library. Different sports events are taking during annual fest like cricket, Chess, etc.

Process for admission process is simply processed as I felt during admission. Faculty members help in the admission process if there is any problem in the admission process.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
