Remarks

The professional and academic curriculum of the college and especially Civil Department was the main reason for me to attend this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The facilities of the first-year program and the Civil Engineering program are very supported and well qualified.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Placement Experience

There are many companies visiting the college for the purpose of the placements. And around after the 7th-semester students be the eligible for the placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the program as according to the government norms and there was financial assistance for the students with lower income group.

Campus Life

The college facilities, tech feats like INNOVATION Are very attractive to the students as they participate with the maximum number. The library and all other facilities are also good.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills.
