Remarks

I choose to go to a large university because I like being part of a diverse students body. the world os big place so I thought that I should attend the college that college will give me better prepare for my life and my college is just like that.

Course Curriculum Overview

The best thing about my college is that faculty doesn't comprise in teaching. the teachers there all good. They explain and clear doubts. They conduct test too to check whether students are concentrating in class or not. They takes so much effort for students and provide notes too.

I established new found confidence in myself and my abilities strengthening my career development.when I was in MOH, I got lots of knowledge from there.

The campus of our college is excellent. there are lot of space in placement. Every year our college conduct the compus for students.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to me, fees are a little bit expensive. And we get scholarship not do enough. fees should be in limited for OBC students.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is good, classrooms are smart and clean. Placements are good. Every year placements are being provided to students. Many companies offer placement and students participate in that.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is well maintained with good infrastructure. They give permission to use laptops in the hostel. One room is shared by 4 girls or less.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
