Remarks

I heard that the JSPM'S Rajesh Shahu College is one of the best colleges to continue my further study so, I decided to complete my B.E through this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

So in RSCOE college, I chose Electrical Branch due to my somewhat interested in that branch. And last year I was in the second year and about a faculty, faculty is really hard-working, nice toward all of the student.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 3 per year

Placement Experience

Many companies are visited the RSCOE college from its department usually from 3rd years 2nd sem. Placements are starting for that communication skills required and no current back lock have such criteria are there.

Fees and Financial Aid

Regarding the fees, fees are somewhat higher or costly for the opencast but many scholarships are given by a college for student support.

Campus Life

College campus is very enthusiastic and fresh. There is lots of trees and greenery around the campus and there is facilities of reading hall, cafe, conference hall and many more.

Hostel Facilities

Rscoe's hostel is very good from a security point of view. Mess, water facilities are very good. And there is a very good, fresh environment and hostel is very near to the college campus.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
