Remarks

Firstly, this is an autonomous institute affiliated with SPPU. The college Environment is very studious. I also got many positive replies from my friends about this college so, I decided to take admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the Electrical branch because it is a core branch. There are guide Faculty members(GFMs) for each batch of 20 students. So that, we can share any doubt with them. All professors are very cooperative. Many of the faculties have completed a Ph.D. in their respective subjects. Doubt sessions are taken for the students after college so that students cover the topic on that particular day.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 112190 per year

Internships Opportunities

College gives us many opportunities for internships. College gives us a free subscription to many online internship course platforms.

Placement Experience

Many companies visit our college for campus placements like TCS and others. I want to study further after my graduation gets completed.

Fees and Financial Aid

We can apply for the Panjabrao Deshmukh Scholarship if we are selected through merit. There are scholarships for hostellers also.

Campus Life

Name of the annual fest - Innovision and tech fest by many techno clubs in our college .generally this fest is conducted at the end of January month. About the books and library. One of the best things about this college is the library. There are a lot of books that we can read and gain more technical knowledge as well as we can improve our English can learn different coding languages through the books provided by the library.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills.
