Excellent teaching and faculties are very concerned about our academics. Also during the admission process also they have helped a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen the Electrical field as I thought it will be really beneficial as per my future aspects. Faculties are really good and teaching is also excellent as there teaching is good and student used to grasp the knowledge easily due to the teaching method of our faculties so there is no difficulty in exams.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, we get internships through our college. Our college appreciates mostly on practical knowledge than the theoretical one. Students also used to get a sponsored project through internships.

Placement Experience

A fourth-year starting only students used to get placements and drives come. Our college used to prepare students as per industrial concerned. Also, there is separate training and placement cell to make sure every student gets a chance for a drive and they used to prepare that particular student accordingly. The average package of college is 3.2-3.6 LPA. Almost 80% of the student gets placed every year in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

As per category fees differs. But I think somewhat fees should be less so that every student can get the benefit of this environment. I have applied for a scholarship that is OBC tuition fees. It helped a lot to the students to learn in somewhat affordable conditions.

Campus Life

Our college not only in studies but also good in the extra curriculum activities. An annual function such as innovation takes place in our college and a lot number of students used to participate in these programs. In or college Sports are also held and there are many clubs for dance and acting too to promote student in every manner.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are also very good. Ample spaces provided to make the environment much good. Wi-fi is also there in each building. The canteen provides the best quality food for students. And the fees of the hostel is also much affordable.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules.
