Remarks

A very good point is that the college is an autonomous institute. All faculty members are very good, helpful and having very good teaching experience. College campus is also a big and friendly atmosphere.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Electrical Engineering because I want to make my carrier in the electrical field. Our faculty is very good, very supportive and highly educated. Every time they make use of new teaching methods.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 62773 per year

Placement Experience

Name of companies visited our college- TCS, Infosys, Siemens, Mahindra, Bajaj etc. Students get packages up to 18 Lakhs and also more than that.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees are 62772. And I got a scholarship from Rajashri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan shulk shishyavrutti yojna.

Campus Life

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills.
