Remarks

This college is very good and all the teaching staff is really hardworking and highly qualified and cooperative. Labs are maintained well. Also, extracurricular activities are held in college. Various functions are organised for students for their betterment. The admission process is a little bit long i.e. too many efforts have to take to students otherwise it's okay In short, college is very well in all aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the Electrical branch because I have an interest in that and also I think I have a bright future in that means many fields or job opportunities are there for Electrical engineer. At my college, all teachers are best and highly qualified. In addition to the syllabus, they give us extra knowledge about the subject and other than academic too. They all are very friendly with us that's why we share any problem with the faculty. And also one parent-teacher is there for per 15 students and really they work hard for student's betterment. Exam pattern at the college level is good and enough difficult that is why we well prepared for university exams through college level exams.

Course Fees: INR 61963 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, there is many internship opportunities are there on campus and off-campus also. Many companies offer an internship program for students as per the merit of marks obtained.

Placement Experience

At the 5th or 6th semester, we are eligible for campus placement. Various companies like TCS, IBM, Capgemini, Mahindra and many other companies are visited and offers their job opportunity for the student. Highest package at the start is about 10 to 12 lakhs. About 99% of students get placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my opinion, the fees are more. My category is OBC so I have that scholarship i.e tuition and examination fees for OBC.

Campus Life

Innovision is the technical event held in college in which other college students are also participating that program is there for 3 to 4 day. And really Innovision is the best event. Also, Gandharv cultural program is held in college every year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are okay. There are 3 girls in one room. Room size is also sufficient for 3. And many facilities are their like water supply, solar, beds, cupboards, table chair, fans, lights are provided. The meal is not included in hostel fees for that we have to pay differently. And the quality of food in the hostel campus is okay.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules.
