A great experience of studying pharmaceutical technology

The college is at the heart of a green village at Chakdaha, Nadia, within very calm and pleasant sounding. Faculty is very friendly and helpful. There's a big library with all required books available including several international, national books and pharmacopoeia. The college is still developing and being within the intense green, it lacks city lights. Very few shops are available outside the premises. Girl's hostel is a bit away than boy's hostel from college. But bus service is there and also hostel canteen provides all necessary stuff including food. Admission process: admission is only applicable through JEE (all India or West Bengal). After counselling, candidates should appear physically on the mentioned date of admission with all requested documents. All fees will be taken and classes will be started from mentioned dates. This college is special for its limited department (only pharmacy) and hence close connection among teachers and students.

The pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a growing course with great future ahead throughout the world including India. Faculty are inclusively 20, while there are 100 students divided into two sections for each year of the semester. The whole teaching process is by PowerPoint presentation. Teachers are all highly qualified and much supportive of student's achievement. The exams are weekly taken for student's benefit of being involved, the end term exam is taken after each semester (6 months). The difficulty level of the exams is matched with the requirements of MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalan Azad university of technology, formerly known as west Bengal university of technology).

After passing the 7th semester, campus placement gets started. Generally, Cipla, LaChemico, Apollo, sun pharma, calls for hiring by campus placement program. 100% placement for every able student is guaranteed in campus placement. I'm pursuing MS(Pharma) in pharmacology and toxicology at NIPER-K (NIRF rank- 27).

Fees structure: 40,000/ semester tuition fee + 600/semseter bus fee. For hostel livings, no buses are required. Hostel fees change by each year. Scholarship: TFW (Tuition fee waiver) is available for 1000/per semester as tuition fee. SC/ST people get 25000/ year scholarship. 100% job is offered to the able students, every year.

The annual fest is generally conducted on April of every year, whereas tech fest is organized at every year in February. Every year annual sports is celebrated with cardinal enthusiasm and prize distribution ceremony celebrated afterwards. There's a YouTube channel of NSCBIP that posts cultural program videos, sports events and educational webinar, videos.
