Remarks

It's a great place, just stay close to faculties and you ll enjoy life and put efforts in studying

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Yes the exam structure is a bit tough as everything is apply level questions one will be facing in exams, well the course's depends on the number of years your opting in college. I would suggest going for least no of years as possible Well otherwise it's a great course

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements is something every college claims to provide to everyone but until and unless it's not your effort involved, nothing is possible. Well your anyway excited about the package that youll be receiving after your post graduation, so our college avg package is around 4-15 LPA.

College Events

3

Placement and fests are the pillars that are supporting the college to stay where it is now. Anyone from banglore will know about this fest called utsav, which takes for 3 days to a week, it depends, it's so much fun as always. One has participate in utsav if he in bmsce

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible for sure, payment mode is a bit strict, it's through dd's, yes I had to pay 23000 extra than actual government seat, ya they provide transparency but they are careless in maintaining the receipt as any college would do, so it's your responsibility.

Fees and Financial Aid

No they've not since we are still in 1st years, but I've heard that our seniors are offered scholarship and internships so they are happy about that, I dint enquire much about eligibility criteria as such.

Campus Life

3.5

Well the life is a bit difficult when compared to my graduation days, well the gender ratio is around 52% girls and 48%of boys, labs are great, so are the computers, sports aren't that great, competition is high. Debates aren't fine either. Politics is everywhere and you can't complain about it

Hostel Facilities

3

No, i'vnt but the fee structure is high, it's around a lakh per year, my friends in the hostel say they provide good food facility and the cleanliness is great but not many from my class have opted for our college hostel

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are the only boon in the college, they are sweet, helpful and the only thing you can trust on, they help you with the books, about whats going on in college and so on

Admission

I had written an entrance exam named pgcet in which I had got 393 rd rank for the whole karnataka, after that I had to undergo counseling sessions and had to get my documents verified and ended up in my college. I had done my graduation in computer applications and got placed in top two IT companies (TCS and Capegemini), but I did feel that I need to improve my skills and that's when I decided to do my post graduation

Faculty

2.5

Just like anywhere, it's a must to stay close to your Proctor and mentors, in order to be in there good books. Yes they are well experienced and few are supportive. Most of the teachers are educated as much as you are, so it's your effort at the end.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are average. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 2nd semester. Some companies visit the college and offer jobs in different roles. The average package is around 3-4 LPA and the highest package depends on the company. After completing my degree, I plan to get a good job and gain experience in my field

Placements are good...lot of my friends got placed. But it even depends on individual intrests. At starting you get paid less but later on experience u can earn more. In case if placement doesn't happen you will still have the chance to explore outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MCA course curriculum is well structured, relevant, and comprehensive. It covers core computer science subjects such as programming, data structures, databases, software engineering, and practical lab work, which influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a strong foundation for both real-world applications and further academic pursuits. With the support of good and experienced faculty, concepts are explained clearly through theory, practical sessions, assignments, and projects. Exams are conducted on a semester basis with internal assessments and end-semester examinations. The frequency and timing of exams are appropriate, and the difficulty level is moderate. Students who attend classes regularly and follow faculty guidance can perform well.
