Good college as it is one of the old college (1917 started) bad thing is infrastructure and improper maintenance and some negligence because it is a govt college, placements are good compared to other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is updated one, and it is very helpful in industry nowadays when compared to other college studens we learned catia ansys and so many updated softwares in sylabus itself and helped a lot in placements, we visited kaiga nuclear power plant and ship yard in karwar

The placement head is lecturer but so many actions ans organizing are controlled by placement co ordinators ( selcted students) Aptitude and HR are the main rounds Around 70 perct students will placed The training will be organized in 3 rd year itself
College Events
We have celebrated so many fests at that time milagro fiesta kagadha and hostel day by hostel students in their hostel campus and independence day and so many Inter college technical fests are organized and it is so helpful to know the status of ours skills And cultural fest is awesome.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is only we have to pay by demand draft(DD), and for everthing we have to pay through only DD, the fees is less compare to other colleges, itno additional fees expect exams fees and revaluation fees, yes they are providing transparency in fee structure. It
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship from college side. But aumini are providing scholarship for needy students based on merit and income.
Campus Life
In our branch only 3 out of 114 students and but in other branches around equal sex ratio is maintained, no racism no ragging in and out of the campus also, extracurricular activities are conducted in the name of college fests, the events are vet welly organized.
Hostel Facilities
No, I did not opt hostel because of cleanliness and infrastructure like bathroom facilities and so many but hostel food is good as I heard by my friends, it is a old building not maintained properly
Alumni/Alumna
Best co- opedvartive and very well suggestions are given by them the old alumni are providing scholarship for the needy and they donated a lot for needy.
Admission
I entered through karnataka CET entrance exam, it was the oldest college, started by famous engineer visvesvaraya during 1917, the steps are after alloting college KCET board, documents verification done by college and govt fees and college fees is paid at that time, and started date is August 7
Faculty
Very good faculties some are so much supportive, around in mechanical branch 15 lectureres and 4 guest lectures are there at that time and 12 lab faculties, they are very much experienced and they explain the topic with live examples, they did not hold any industries, they have so many degrees.
