Remarks

bad remarks about my college is that the teaching staff was short at that time.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course was relevant but not research driven. It was more based on facts.yes it was fair. The tests happens on regular basis and I was very satisfied with the teaching methods. The only issue was that the college had an incomplete staff which creates disturbances in many situations.

Placement Experience

2

No in my course no companies visited the campus for their placement driver for the course because My couse was primary.

College Events

3.5

Our campus celebrates almost every festival present in india but we celebrate national events with more joy and happiness. And for more their is also some special events like food festival and annual function in which we all take part in different curriculum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our programs fee was free for girls so their was no fee, in addition for some events fee we pay cash to the event head. Their was additional fees/charges that had to be paid in order to secure an admission in my college for the boys only.college provide transparency in the fee-breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

No have not opted for any scholarship or education loan, the college offer scholarship opportunities to students.

Campus Life

2.5

on Gender ratios it was 1:0 because my course was only for girls no boy can get admission in it. Their were Student/Dorm Parties, workshops, cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status.

Hostel Facilities

4

In my case of hostels, their were about 100 hostels rooms, yes its sharing, c hostel seats are few, the average rentals which need to be paid in that case was nun because it was free for girls. Their were no restriction.

Alumni/Alumna

the alumni network was good and senior students were co operative. They help in the best way they can.

Admission

So I got the admission through merit list.I opt this course because my % was little less.i decided to chose this course and follow the guidelines of admission and submit my detail and I got selected as I was on the merit list.i submitted the required identities proof and marksheetes of class 10th and 12th.

Faculty

3

There were 4 tentative lectures in my course every Sunday of about 1hr and it can extended upto 2hr per class. So the Students is of different age with an average age gap of 4-5 years. The teachers are also of different age groups some of them were quite young and some of them were quite old.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I had studied commerce in my 12th so I want to pursue my career in that field that's why I chose this course The curriculum prepares us by giving us real life case studies, presentation in class which helps a lot to prepare for real world applications I don't think their is any area for improvement because year by year they are increasing difficulty level which is good and beneficiary for us in future Exams held generally in December - January and June - July , they give us good preparation holidays before exam as well

The college provides placements in various types of big companies. The company persons visit the college to the students who are going to get graduated in the year and take their interview. For impressing them you should score high cgpa out of 10 let's say 8-10 will be better rather than that you should also have a lot of skills, knowledge, experience, expertise,a brilliant resume,CV which you have gained in your past college years. Then you will get the placement through the college. The pay for placement will be very good like from 8L/p.a. to 10L/p.a.

there is a scope of placement in Hansraj college. I am currently working in the placement cell of hansraj college and the average LPA of our college is 7-8 LPA which is decent most of the placements are for economics and commerce students the highest package from our college was 23 LPA so although there is a possibilty of placement and if not then the alumni network of hansraj helps and all the connections you made in the college helps to get a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the BA English honours curriculum at DU SOL as quite comprehensive and relevant specially for students interested in literature and language. The course covers a wide range of literary period genres and critical theories which helps build a strong foundation in English studies, however at times the material can feel a bit outdated or digit and more contemporary text or modern pedagogical approaches could be included. Overall it's a solid curriculum that prepares you will for further studies or a career in writing teaching or media.
