Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become a successful person in life and I'm commercian so I also want to become best CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT OF INDIA. that's why. I choose bcom. If our college provide online classes then our course become more best. We have atleast one exam cum test in month. Difficulty level is good

Internships Opportunities

Zomato, Infosys, tata are the company which provides job to our college students. And so many other big companies are also coming in our college. Placement cell is very active in this. They provide previously de shaw and company internship for 1st year students

Placement Experience

Best placement available in our college. Our placement cell name is arise and they provide best internship and placement offers for us. I also want to placed in big 4 like my seniors. And avg package was 5-7 lac.

Fees and Financial Aid

First Year fee was - 15720 for bcom program. Our college is very good. Our college give financial aid like scholarship for fees.. management is also good. Prof. Are also cooperative. They organised so much fest, drive some activities. Everyday you can find any event is happening here

Campus Life

Best campus life. Best college of my life. I enjoy alot in my college. Infact I want to live in my college. Everything is good. You know there is no perfect college in earth. We build best college from our side. Our classmates makes best environment for us.

Admission

I wanted to study in Shree Ram college of commerce, university of Delhi. But I didn't get admission there. Because I don't have that kind of number. I got admission in allahabad university, mumbai university, guru ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya and indraprastha University, infact I got a course in bharti college first but after upgrading I got Vivekananda College

Faculty

There are 125 students in our subject. We have 2 sections. Then we have 3 groups in each section in lab or Tut subjects. So teacher ratio is good. I like my GE sir I don't know his name but he is from north east. Sorry every teacher is good in their own way some are strict but it's okay. We have semester system so yearly we have to give 2 examination. We have sec vac ge aec and course subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Vivekananda College is a dream of every girl!

Hindi Hons are not offered by all DU colleges, as though my parents warned me for a girls college and top level girls colleges like the Gargi, LSR or KNC. So, with a score of 600 in UG CUET available girls college was ours. That is the procedure not just for our college but all the DU colleges. Firstly admission in the college are done under cuet examination we have to give that first then we have to apply for different university website for our admissions .and cuet is the only exam all the student have to give for the admissions and cuet examination experience is good as it is our first cbt based exam held .
