My College Review

The college has dedicated training and placement cell (TPO) to explore top companies for students. Top recruiting companies are TCS, LTI, Infosys, Zycus, Wipro, and Zeus. The annual package offered by companies is 3 LPA or more. The college is well connected by roadways and railways and also college could be reached from Western as well as Central Lines of Mumbai local. While choosing this college, I personally referred to the review of college on College Duniya and Shiksha.

The faculty members are highly qualified, supportive, encouraging, and student-friendly. The teaching methods of each faculty member is unique and understandable. There is feedback asked for each faculty member during mid-semester for any improvements needed. Also, the course exit survey form is filled up at the end of the semester. Powerpoint presentations are used for some topics to get proper visualization of the topic. Notes provided by teachers are helpful during examinations and then after.

Placement training is held before the start of placement drive, and company-specific training has proven to be beneficial for students. TPO also arranges Summer Placement Trainings. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, LTI, Zeus, and Zycus. Students scoring more than 60.00% or 6.77 CGPA in academics get to attend the placement drives. The annual salary package offered by companies to fresher students is around 3.00 L.P.A to 3.50 L.P.A or more. Students mostly get opportunities in CS and IT domains. TPO conducts various Aptitude Training, Seminars, and Workshops for placement preparation. TPO also provides Mock Placement sessions that contain Mock Aptitude, GD, and interview rounds to help students polish their soft skills and enhance their personality traits.

The fee of the college per year is approximately 1,15,000 Rupees. Although, the college has several fee waiver schemes like TFWS, EBC, etc. for students who are sincere and have excelled in academics.

The Events and Fests organized by the college are Aspire and Ambrosia. The fest is amongst the most enjoyable part of college. Aspire is the part where technical events and games take place and in Ambrosia, indoor and outdoor sports and games are played. Committees like IEEE, IETE, EDC, MESA, etc. conduct various seminars and workshops to increase the practical knowledge of students and keep them industry demands updated.
