GGSIPU B.Tech Entrance ExamIts a 4 year degree program. My stream was ECE. The level of education is very high in the institute with a good and a focussed faculty which is always there to help you advance in your career. Timely completion of the syllabus and revision and problem solving classes is an additional advantage of studying in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is the basic GGSIPU decided syllabus which the faculty completes in time and take additional time to solve any problems as well. Apart from the course curriculum, there are many extra curriculum activities also.
Internships Opportunities
There is no internship in the college. But 2 month training is required after 2nd year and 3rd year. They provide in house training also to the students who wish to take it from the company approached by the college which is an added advantage to the ones who are not able to look out for training on their own.
Placement Experience
Placement oppurtunities are increasing every year in this college. Infosys, TCS, Genpact, HCl, CSC and many other companies come to the institue to hire the in house talent. There are also pool campus drives whose info is provided by the college. The minimum package offered by the above mentioned companies is 3.5 lpa.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Again the fee structure is as per the norms of the IP university. Its 80k around for the first year which includes the university charges and the college fee. 2nd year onwards the fees is somewhere around 65k.
Hostel Facilities
There are no hostel facilities provided by the college. However the cafeteria is really good with a variety of food available which are cooked in clean and hygenic kitchens. The rates are also very reasonable. I will rate it as 8/10.
Exam Structure
HMRITM is an IPU affiliated college which follow the exam structure of the university only. But there are many classroom level tests which are taken by the teachers to check on students progress.
Faculty
Very good, experienced faculty of the college. Teachers are very focussed towards students learning and growth. Always there to guide you on the right track and as helpful as a friend.
