Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is different for different fields. For commerce, it is designed in such a way that management , marketing and business field all are incorporated within the two year programme to broaden the horizon of students.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are there for commerce students and most of them are enrolled in MNC's. Some also go for higher studies like PhD to improve their pay scale. It's a good college for placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is around Rs 11000 for M.com courses. It is quite feasible as it is a government college and the facilities provided are better than the fees they charge. It's quite reasonable as per the reputation of the college too.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activites go hand in hand with studies. There is no scope of just studies. Students engage in various activities and there is a general harmony between the students. Students are exposed to the Bengali culture as well.

Admission

For undergraduate courses, admission is based on merit but for Post Graduate courses, merit and entrance examination both are considered. There should be atleast 55% marks with a bachelors degree to secure admission in the post graduate programme.

The faculty of the college is really nice and helps students to become a better version of themselves. They set innovative strategies to teach us and we have a strong connection with them too. All the teachers are highly qualified.
