Remarks

The college has good infrastructure but the campus is very small. The college does not provide much of extracurricular activities and the college lacks in sports and athletics. The college is more into academics

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The college follows Mahatma Gandhi University syllabus and studing BCOM is not hectic its pretty much cool. There are two semantic in a yesr and two semester exam correspondingly. In a semester there is two internal exam and two assignments have to be done

Placement Experience

2

The course is a profeesional one and at the end the students are provided with a license to practice as a doctor throughout India. The doctor therefore can seat for NEET-PG for post-graduation studies, can opt for housestaffship for maximum upto 2 years or can opt for government or private service as per own choice. The course includes a compulsory Internship of 1 year during which the students receive a stipend of ?30, 000/- per month.

College Events

1

The annual cultural festival - ECSTASY which includes the various cultural, academic and sports events, held in the month of September every year. The Foundation Day of the college along with prize distribution ceremony is held on 1st December every year. The convocation day for the graduates are held in the month of February. Various seminars, workshops, debates and quizzes on different clinical topics are held by various departments throughout the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I personally found fee structure very expensive and cost around 90000 annually. There is concessions for SCT, OBC ect which makes very cheap for them. The college also provides ACCA coaching which cost almost 100000 for those who opt for it

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The college provides a low fee structure for schedule cast and OBC else the fee structure is pretty much expensive. The college does not provide any kind of loans and scholarships. The college ony provides OBC, SCST and shedule tribes a very low fee structure

Campus Life

3.5

Generally there is less extracurricular activities and the college lack a great deal in sports, the college provides a great computer lab and a good liberary. once in a while college host some progames and Activities. the college is more focused in academics

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The boys' hostel is square shaped with 4 wings, really large with two canteens, 2 bathrooms on each floor of each wing. The rooms are large spacious with adequate lighting and ventilation. Each room accommodates 4 students. The hostel is adequately clean and the food quality in the canteen though not excellent, but okay.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of the college are extremely helpful. They guide the juniors with utmost care with their knowledge and really steers the juniors to the right path. The college has an Alumni association which is very active in the development and well-being of the institute. The association organises a re-union every year and ex-students who are spread throughout the world and even in their '80s participate actively to reminisce their college days and catch up with their old pals.

Admission

I appeared for the State Medical Entrance Exam - WBJEE-Medical in 2016( now replaced by the All India Medical Entrance Exam NEET-UG) and secured a rank 290. Yhe admission process was conducted through an online counseling procedure.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is very educated and also friendly. They can be approached any time. They are very much committed to teaching career All the teaching staff are well educated and knowledgable about topics

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm a 3rd year BCom Taxation student. I don't think that some subjects are relevant for the course. Some subjects are not required in the future. From 5th sem onwards there is an open Course subject which we have to learn and pass the exam. The open Course subject that I have received is not based on the marks that I received in my previous semester exam. And in have to go to the office to change the subject of my like later on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My dream is to become a accountant. So I choose this bcom with computer application course. The course structure was very nice and we can understand easily. In my opinion do more practicals . This course is therotically oriented which is not good when we go for a job. So it is better to give more practicals than theory sections. Main reason I hated the college was the exams. The college put the exam without any time gap which was very annoying

And in the third year they make us ready for our placements. They provide best company placement to us. They are not looking our marks for selection but the attitude towards them.
