Review of Surajmal College of Engineering and Management

The faculty members have less experience but they teach in a very nice manner.

The course curriculum is good, affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, there are two semesters in a year and also two times external and two times internals, there are labs for all the branches of B.tech.

There is no placement or internship facility in the college, we organized the internship by our own links, and also there were no companies visiting the college for the placements, students managed all by themselves.

The college has various events like there is freshers party for new students and freshers party for the last year students, and an annual sports and cultural fest, all the events are organised by the students themselves.

No, I was a local so I was not in the hostel, there is no pg service available around, the college has a hostel for both boys and girls, the infrastructure is fine but not good in facilities and food provided.

I got the admission directly by visiting the college and by consulting with the college, they gave me a counseling session and then a college visit, also document verification was done and registration fees.

The faculty of the college is good, they are very helpful and cooperative to the students, some of them are experienced whereas some of them are fresh and inexperienced, but they are good at teaching.
