Course Curriculum Overview

The exam is based on semester wise and a midterm in every semester. Two Semesters will be taken in a year as per University guidelines. The structure is a perfect blend of learning and fun. Also, the college invites guest faculties.

Placement Experience

During placements, many Government & private companies came for M.TECH placements our college holds a good record in placements 70 % of students cracked the placements interviews. In our department placements were quite decent.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For M.TECH fee is feasible to afford by every student i.e.INR 38000 which includes tuition fees, admission fees & registration fees also, waive off some percentage of the fee for the SC/ST/ OBC category students.

Campus Life

Most of the festivals we celebrate in college also different types of food available in the canteen and mess during the festive season especially. One big event gets hosted where call artists to perform.

Admission

The admission process is quite easy, students should have aggregate marks 60% to apply for M.TECH. As you applied for course chosen by you an entrance exam is to be cleared later on there will be online counseling than you have to submit all the necessary documents required.

Faculty

In M.TECH faculties are very knowledgeable as well as strict too. They give us many tasks and challenges to prepare us for facing competition in the future as well as they helped us with the internships and as well as mentored us during the interview.

Life At IIT Patna

Placement Experience:

In my batch, out of 64 MTech students only 42 got placed in which I was the one. The highest CTC offered was 59 LPA to only 3 students. My college has a dedicated training and placement cell, which focus to train students for best during placement interviews. The top visiting companies are Google, Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Flipkart, Amazon India, Infotech etc.

My experience of M.Tech

Placement Experience:

There was a hype created weeks before the placement week among students. Hustle-bustle, students preparing for the jobs in the libraries was a common sight. In my batch, Aurus Networks, Google, Amazon India, Indian Navy, Tricon Infotech, Microsoft, IDC, Indian Navy, Morgan Stanley (Mumbai), Arista Networks, Amazon( Hyderabad), Flipkart among the others visited the campus. Highest CTC was Rs. 50.76 LPA. I also participated in this week and got placed in a decent company.

To be honest, I was surprised to see such amazing placement packages from IIT Patna; it well exceeded my expectations; the best package for our batch was 40 LPA, with the average package being around 20 LPA. To be honest, IIT Patna offers the finest return on investment; it is worthwhile to be a part of IIT Patna. During the college's placement drive, companies such as BSNL, NTPC, Hyundai Motors, Microsoft, Google, Infosys, and Wipro visited the campus. The college placement drive attracts about 11 companies.

NIT Patna Review

Placement Experience:

The college has a record of 100% placement. the placement record was one of the main reasons that I choose to be part of NIT Patna. The college placement committee is very professional and very supportive for students. The committee guides the students during the placement. The highest package for our batch went up to 15 LPA and the average package was around 10 LPA. Companies like HDFC Bank, Bharat Petroleum, Microsoft, Samsung, SAP Labs, Infosys, Wipro, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, TCS, L&T, etc visited the campus during the college placement drive. I also received a package of 12 LPA from Wipro which was a dream come true and all thanks to NIT Patna.

In the first day the college has organized an event in the auditorium in which they had introduced us all the teachers so that we will know about the faculties and from which department they are belonging.

I had applied for Delhi University in 1st number but I don't get .Dr. rajendra prasad central agricultural University Bihar in 2nd number here I am selected for the horticulture course. For addmission in this university first student have to give CUET exam .Then after CUET handover the admission process to ICAR. If the student score approx 300 then they may be selected in Horticulture course.ICAR take 10000 for reservation of seat then University take 25000 at the time of addmission .
