Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is relaxed and chilled. Its not that hectic. We get enough time to prepare our designs and submit them. We have various labs with equipments too which are very helpful. We have gaps between the practical exams and the main written papers too.
Placement Experience
Placements are provided by the college. The college helps us to intern under various famous designers and then after working with them for a longer period of time we can permanently get placed there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure of the college is very feasible and affordable. The fees are Rs 1.5 lakhs per annum. As compared to the facilities provided the fees are very just. The college provides us with all the tools and materials.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is 2:1 ie boys to girls. There are many workshops and seminars conducted by the college and many guest lectures by renowned designers. We have IV ie industrial visit too ie we visit to various design locations and get hands on practical knowledge.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is not available for its students. The students have to arrange for their own accomodation. There are many pgs and private hostels in Mumbai at various places. The prices also vary. Accordingly the students can find out comparatively cheaper places to stay.
Admission
The eligibility criteria is that thehe student must have done 10 + 2 from a recognized university. The admissions are given directly after filling up the form and the telephonic interview round and then the admission offer letter is sent.
Faculty
Well qualified and well trained staff is provided by the college. The teachers are experienced and have great fashion sense. They teach us in details of how to create designs and how to be unique amongst all the designers out there.
