Divided in two years the programme focus on advancing the technologies in veterinary and applied sciences. The course is structured as to impart knowledge from basic to deeper levels to have very clear concepts for the students. More than theory, practical is given more importance due to which the exams are also application based.

Admission
The requirements for the course is graduation degree in B.V.Sc./& A.H/ B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.F.Sc. with a minimum of 55 per cent marks or 6.2 OGPA. The selection will be based on merit, score obtained in test and personal interview. A weightage of 40 per cent is given to academic score (merit), 40 per cent to scores of test and 20 per cent to interview (Total- 100 marks). A candidate should possess 50 out of 100 for admission. Candidates selected under ICAR will be exempted from any test.
Faculty
