We call to this Oxford of East. But now this is not like Oxford of east. There are many types of problems. Student election gives many problems in class period sessions. One time I was studying in my classroom many people come in my classroom and disturbed the class.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teacher was very helpful in college. They always give high quality of knowledge to the students. Which is very helpful to improve the deep knowledge in the subject. And teachers also initiate extracurricular activities. In which they provide know about cooperative sector.
Placement Experience
Firstly, I want to say that there is no placement cell in Allahabad University faculty of commerce. When earlier when there was a placement cell, and companies used to come here for giving Jobs, but around 80 to 85% of the students were determined to get government jobs like Bank P.O, Clerk, SSC etc.
College Events
Celebration in Allahabad University like parties, concerts, meets,shows, sports, club, reunion, Fresher & Farewell and many more. Some of the events are like International Conference of Environment and Ecology, Seminar on "Debates on Social Justice: An Overview".
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible, Approximately 1000rs per year fees of b.com of General category students and four time scholarship is provided by the U.P government.If you do your B.com from Allahabad university then i think it is economical if you compare with other central universities
Fees and Financial Aid
Uttar Pradesh government provide Scholarship to the students. If any students family income is less than the criteria under the scholarship then Government provide Scholarship to the students.
Campus Life
There is not any sort of discrimination on the basis of race, religion or other things but students devote a lot of time in college politics like student Union election Indian politics. No ragging or harassment is done by the senior. If you have interest in sports then you have to make your own way.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they were very helpful in every aspect. In academic as well as in external life also. Alumni comes regularly and guide the students by sharing their experiences
Admission
After 20th March Allahabad university declared their admission form, student who interested to apply form can fill the form and after that University take the entrance test. In B.com entrance 150 question is given and each question marks is 3 number. The total number is 450. And to qualify the entrance student have to maintain as much marks as university set to admission.
Faculty
Bachelor of Commerce in Allahabad university is regular course. An average 75 percent attendance is compulsory. Average age of students who applied for b.com is 20. Student are compulsory to pass in 12th standard. Total 18 subject in B.com and each subject maximum marks is 100.
