Remarks

Management of my college is not up to the mark. It lacks planning.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It was 5.5 years course. We have our semesters of half of the syllabus and in then at the end of the year whole syllabus was asked. There was no undue delay in exams and declaration of results. Every thing was up to date. There was no lag and internship was very fruitful.

Placement Experience

3.5

Companies which has visited are ranbaxy cipla sunpharma. 90 percent have therr placement without any confusion. As it ranked 2nd in pharmacy so many pharmaceutical companies tend to hire the students before the end of final exams.

College Events

4

College holds ANASTOMOSIS every year in which all the colleges of DELHI NCR are invited. In it cultural and sports events took place. On last day a star night also arranged. A band is invited. There is gathering of almost 200000 students and it is a 5 day Festival.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure for us was fixed that is 6 lakh annually. No extra charges the took except the hostel charges and mess charges. The accept cheques and NEFT RTGS. Yes they give us fee breakdown if some one asks for it. There is a bank in the campus ehich usually makes things easier.

Fees and Financial Aid

No the college doesn't offer scholarships. But Sas it is Muslim minority institution a Muslim candidate can apply those scholarships which are provided by central govt.

Campus Life

4.5

60:40 was the male to female ratio. Environment was very soothing. We organise a cultural and sports events yearly for all the colleges in DELHI NCR named as ANASTOMOSIS. In this all indoor and outdoor games along with painting, drama, skits, debates, political views also used to happen. Very competitive atmosphere as every event had some cash prize along with certificate and trophy.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel was very well furnished. Double bed rooms were alloted and there was no deficiency of rooms. Mess was present in the hostel which thouree meals in a day. Very neat and clean premices. Very good ventilated rooms. A court in centre of hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors were very supportive. They always help us in every department. Never try to exploit us. We were friendly.

Admission

MBBS is top professional course in which a person is some how independent on others for income and also on the other hand it is a profession for serving the people and country. In simple terms it is a noble profession. That's why i chosen this. Himsr is a college situated in Delhi which gives a good exposure to this course and also it is facing competition with certain old famous colleges like MAMC and UCMS. So ghe college has to be up to the mark. The admission process involve first NEET exam at all india level. Marks obtained in this will lead to formation of a merit list, a very fair process and then counseling happened after which seat was alloted.

Faculty

4

Every department has 3-4 faculty. Apart from this some junior residents are also there. All the faculties were very well experienced and were graduated from central institutes like BHU and AMU or AIIMS so they were the best. Their experience helped us a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate
