Learning imparted in this course is solely based on the requirements of the modern industries and also it provides good research environment. In India only this institute has 3-6 months of internship in 3rd semester as a part of its curriculum which gives good professional experience.

Some of the companies are Honeywell, Shell, Technip, Worley, Technoforce, Sabic, etc. General steps for placements are Written Test, Personal interview, Group Discussing and hour interview. 100% students get placements from the institute every year. Institute teaches subjects in such a way that it will suffice for interview.

Vortex is one of the biggest technical event held in the college and there is huge participation in this event from across the state. Also there are some cultural events like Bollywood night etc. In some of the events special guests are invited like CEOs of MNCs. They are really very good and motivating.

Fee structure is feasible. The program fee is Rs. 70,000/- per annum, The mode of payment is Demand Draft only. It is compulsory to pay the said amount by DD at the time of admission to confirm the admission. No additional fees to secure the admission. Yes, the college provides the transparency in the fee-breakdown on the fee receipt.

Every GATE qualified student pursuing this course gets monthly stipend of Rs. 12,400/- per month. For availing this student has to provide valid GATE score card, bank details and government ID.

Male to female gender ratio is 2:1, lab facilities are very good. Various workshops held at institute for learning Music, Dancing, etc. The students, staff, faculties all are secular. There is no any discrimination on the basis of sex, religion, race, economic status. The ovearll environment of the campus ensures that every student does his best in every aspect of his life.

College arranges alumini meet, they are really very nice and helpful. Some of them are entrepreneurs, some are IPS officers

This course gives 100% placement in core chemical engineering jobs with fairly good package, it has highly qualified and experienced faculties, also it has very good modern research facilities, good infrastructure, etc. If anyone wants to take admission in this course then either he has to qualify GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam with chemical engineering subject or clear institute's entrance exam, but preference is given to the GATE qualified candidate. Online admission forms are available on its website ictmumbai.edu.in in around April-May and the counseling for admission takes place in June-July at the institute. Selection is solely based on GATE SCORE. There is no any interview.

One of the faculties has been awarded the third highest Indian Civilian award "Padma Bhushan" for his contribution to chemical engineering. His name is Prof. J. B. Joshi. He is number one Chemical Engineering consultant in India and across many countries in the world. He teaches MULTIPHASE REACTOR DESIGN Subject in this course. Other faculties are also highly qualified and they do consulting in the industries. All faculties has done Ph. D.(Tech) in Chemical Engineering. Their average age is 50 years. There are 6 lecturers in my course.
