Course Curriculum Overview

The professors are really good and supportive. Labs are very well built having various equipment. It has a spectrophotometer and various costly equipment. Faculty to student ratio is 1: 6. Tests are conducted more often.

Internships Opportunities

We have a compulsory three months internship program as a part of our curriculum. Various companies like reliance tata godrej croda honeywell jubilant asian paints come here to take students from the Institute of chemical technology.

Placement Experience

Campus placements are satisfactory. The average package is around 10 LPA. Many top companies come here to take students like reliance, godrej, SAIL, UPL, Honeywell, Croda, Goldman Sachs, tata, and Asian paints.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees hike is not that much. Scholarships are provided by various alumni. An internship for 3 months is provided. Also, the placement is really good here. The cost to study is not much compared to other iits and nits. The fee is also not so much, it is just 59000 per annum which is really okay as compare to other private colleges.

Campus Life

Various fests are conducted at the Institute of chemical technology, including sports fest Sportsaga, cultural fest manzar, chemical fest vortex, euphoria, yuvam. The library is very big and has nearly 5 lakh books.

Admission

I got admission through mhcet entrance exam. It has a different fee structure from obc sc and general. General has 89k fees, obc has 59k and sc st has 3k per year. You can apply for mhcet online through mhtcet website.

Placement Experience:

The Placement are good but not as per we expect. In our collegeb there is placement with low package and is not satisficable. They Offer only 5 to & LPA Packages. So the students who has so many skills are not satisfy by that. In Our College, 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement. The Companies which hire the students from our college are TCS,Capgemini,Bajaj, Tata motors, Infosys and so on. The highest package is 17 LPA which was given to only one student and average package is 7 LPA. There are only 40 to 50% stbudents placed every year. My Plan After getting the degree is to do Masters(M.Tech) By Giving The GATE Exam.

Remarks:

This college is very nearer to akurdi railway station so students can do up down. And no disturbance around the college. But the ID card is compulsory in college please note this. No trouble of proper people or native people.

Before ict i had got vit vishwakarma Institute of technology for chemical engineering but i didn't prefer going there over ict. Admission in ict happens through mht cet and jee mains scores. Explore ICT Mumbai Chemistry Department!

For M.Sc. Chemistry at ICT Mumbai, I had to appear for an entrance test. The questions were ranging from medium to tough and required lengthy calculations. The application fee was Rs. 1000.
