Remarks

Our College is best in my life, the college memories are very unique in my life.The classes, the activities, the teachers are very always special in my life.The college have one negative point that the college is end in my life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Civil Engineering is a core department of Engineering, its have very brightful and successive oportunity.After B.tech in Civil Engineering you can go in construction line to improve your skills, Other you can go in design sector, you have to be soft skills like auto cad, staad pro, revit etc.

Placement Experience

The placements & job opportunities is less good, In the year 2019 students got job in TCS, MKC Infrastructures, Amazon.I got internship in MSME 1month Auto cad, 3 days seminar in ISRO.

Extracarricullam activities like singing, dancing, drama, Sports like cricket, football happen on college, A NGO is there Sparsh which help the poor children in neighbouring villages, Students are member, they are going to teach, learn many extracarricullam activities.

I got a rank in WBJEE exam and after after councelling i got chance for admission, I went to college and submit my all documents and I started college, The time was taken 3days and College is started and after started i joined Anti-ragging committe.

Faculty

The faculty of the college are highly qualified which are passed IITS, NITS.All have good teaching skills, good communications.Faculties are most of young thats they have modern technic for students learning.

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The names of comanies visited are TCS, Infosys, Capegimini,Tech mahindra etc. Some students Got 2 offer laters . Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Excellent collage

The course is completed after the 12th and then qualification of the e Jew exam passed with a good rank then u should get admission in this college. The application form is found on the website of Waheed and then the application date is in December. all the reservations of the west Bengal government for all communities applied here There are some issues bin online application should make easier and then decentralized counseling processes should be easier....Read More
