Best place to learn, grow and share your knowledge. There is no ragging. The seniors are very helpful. It has a very good reputation thourough out the world. They have many tie ups with international institutions.

Our department focuses more on outcome based education and frames the courses based on current industrial needs. Exams are framed well within the syllabus. Labs have high quality equipment. The institution helps in funding of researches. Out of 3 internals, the students have to attend minimum of 2 to get 50% average. The exams are quite hectic as it is very difficult to study whole syllabus in a 24hour gap.

The placements are pretty good as it is one of the top college in mysore. The college also provides internship by inviting companies to take up students for the above. The stipend for internship varies from company to company.

The main annual event is TechNIEks it's the biggest fest of NIE. Apart from this there is pratibimb (national level) event from ip dept. Also there are various technical events by ieee club, onyx club, other departments.

The fee structure varies for aided(25k approx)and unaided seats(50k approx).all are mentioned per year. Whereas for comedk students it is more than 1lakh per annum. The former is the fees for Students who have got the seats thourough CET.

There are many scholarships based on merits and incomes and caste. Very helpful to students to waive off their fees. I don't know about the loan facility. The fees structure is not very expensive as compared to other colleges.

Many workshops are conducted for students. The gender ratio is equal. The students are all United. Very good place to study. Vast campus. Very good indoor sports stadium. Well maintained gym. Hygienic canteen.

Alumni meets are held every year. The seniors are very helpful and friendly. They help us to get a better view of the industry. They help us to train better for placements. Best place to learn and grow.

The college takes in pupils based on their KCET/JEE scores. Based on the cut off ranks seat is allotted in the particular branch. The students can also join based on their COMEDK ranking. But the fee structure is high for the latter.

All lecturers are highly qualified. Most of them are PhD holders from reputed institutions. Day to day examples are taken to explain a particular concept which is really helpful. The lecturers are really helpful to all students and are available on campus for doubts thouroughput the stipulated time.
