Remarks

Dr. D.Maheswar is a well-known and highly respected Professor in the engineering academic fraternity he is drawn from among the best minds in the country, especially in the fields of Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Neil gogte is the director and heads the Keshav memorial Institute of technology. He is a masters degree holder in computer science from IIT mumbai and got his B.E degree from osmania university, hyderabad in 1985.

I took EAMCET for engineering and i got 21099 rank,with that rank i got the computer science in keshav memorial institute of technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

Accoriding course faculty were too good in research point of view our keshav memorial institute of technology is excellent we have finshing school classes for placements because of that classesthe more number of students placed in reputated companies easily.

Internships Opportunities

I didn't do any internship but if i got the internship opperchunity i will give my 100% performance.

College Events

In our college there are only few festivals those are dandiya night, patang utsav, kmit evening, in that kmit evening is the best festival for our college which is celebrated once in two years we at KMIT have the knack of having fun unlike any other college in town. PATANG UTSAV our kite fest and Saanj-e-KMIT, our annual day and of course, Dandiya Night are the much awaited events on campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship will be provided by the telangana government worth 35000, and 7000 is also provided by the telangana government for merit students.

Hostel Facilities

Our college don't have any hostel facility.because the college is located in the middle of the hyderabad with less place but moe number of private hostel in around our college with less fee and with more comfort and the food provided by the hostel is tasty and healthy.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

The interaction between with us and seniors is good our college provided the interaction party also.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.
