It's a descent college with good placements in cse department

Ya it's really somewhat research based curriculum. industrial visit are organised in my institution but there still a lot needs to be done because there are not too big alumni batch in our college so experience is where it lacks a bit. But mentored by IIT guwahati and director is the ex director of IIT guwahati giving it a edge over other institutions

Placements are good by statistics especially average of placements but I haven't enrolled for an internship yet so no idea about it

All major festival are celebrated including Holi,diwali,navratri, Christmas,Eid etc. Participation in these events is quite good Especially are annual cultural and technical fest YUVAAN is one of the biggest college fest in the whole north-east India.

Expensive as. Compared other nits because it is mainly based on ppp(public private partnership) model means not fully owned by government.It accept it's fees mainly through SBI portal but other payment method such as account to account transfer is also welcomed

Yes through a bank I took a loan from Central Bank of India of about 7.5 lacs for 4 years from now on and an average of 1 lac 7 thousand a semester

Campus life is joyful but still lacking in sports facilities or recreational rooms etc.gender ratio is not very high but institute do focus on competition like competitive programming,robotics etc.Try to do best in every possible way for a student also organise internal hackathons for it many times.

Yes I have opted for hostels. Facility provided there in the hostels is quite good including.We need to pay an average of about 3000 a month as a rent.Still lacking in the facilities of recreational room,mess whose payment is about 4000 a month

The alumni batch is quite small for a college like ours but still they are quite helpful Seniors at our college are to chill and you can approach them for any help which you need

I wanted to pursue b.tech. CSE, placements were good are some of the factors and honestly with my rank there were limited choices.Clear jee mains and get a good rank in it at least in for 40 k for general quota based student.As you clear jee mains you have to seat in the counselling for jee where you have to fill the list accordin to your priorities and you will be given institute according to your rank on first come first serve basis

It's different for different courses some lectureres are too good some really lack knowledge or the way to teach that topic.Overall it's like in every college in our country you are the who has to work hard learn a lot by yourself rather than expecting from teachers
