Remarks

The college and its management were excellent and focussed on building the careers of students.

Entrance Preview

No entrance exam through maharashtra state quota i got admission in college no interview conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was good helpful in my career electives in final year were automobile engineering, power plant engineering and cad./cam refrigeration and air conditioning.

Internships Opportunities

I did not get any internship during college so no question about stipend although we were taken for industrial visits to 3 to 4 fabrication manufacturing industries during our 4 year course.

Placement Experience

Companies like tcs and few bpos came to our college but they were not specific to our field of engineering placements and job opportunities were very few army exam was also held and a few of my batchmates got selected in tcs, army etc.

College Events

National level paper presentations, cultural week, teachers day, department day, final year field trip were all a part and parcel of our college life.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure was reasonable administrative fees was very high though yearly tuition fee was progressively increased every year hostel fees was increased yearly.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship was offered to students with distinction and fees was returned to students in next financial year.

Campus Life

Campus life was absolutely great the infrastructure and the batch mates both made it a very memorable experience labs were up to date with latest technology.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities were good girls hostel was in nagpur city and boys hostel was near to campus mess food was bareable like all hostel food is.

Exam Structure

Exams were annual affair in 1st year from second year onwards semester system and unit tests and surprise tests were conducted on regular basis.

Very experienced and offering good advice they all had industrial experience and gave very good notes and expert guidance the professors were well qualified and they motivated us to perform well and work hard.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

An overview of academic studies and curriculum structure of GHRCE nagpur

We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
