Course Curriculum Overview
Well. Its pretty good curriculum. We have just 5 day classes in a week and in that we have two half day classes. So Its very good curriculum in my view. Exam structure is also too good. We have two semester exams in a year
Placement Experience
Yes, the college has some committees which provide internships. Placement and job opportunities are plenty in our college. Mostly the software sector gets highly placed. But in the recent years tremendous change took place in placements in other branches too.
College Events
Workshops. Samar;the sports fest. Eclectika. Aavartan. Shruti. Dj nights. Laser shows. Dance fests and many more competitions like quiz drama stage shows stand up comedy. Students from the entire college and the colleges nearby give equal participation.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure in our college is not bad. If the student is from low income family then he will have an edge. The overall tuition fee will become zero. He/she wants to pay only the college fund and exam fee only
Fees and Financial Aid
The college accepts the scholarship provided by ffe(foundation for excellence) and nsp(national scholarship portal). Most of the students avail these two scholarships and there are many more scholarships available which we can Google out for B tech students.
Campus Life
There are plenty of labs. We have several workshops on different areas. Professors from iits visit to conduct the workshops. Sports like basketball volleyball football koko shuttle cricket are avaliable for both genders. Gym is also available for girls in morning and boys in evening.
Hostel Facilities
Our college provides hostels for both genders. Generally the hostel allocation will be based on our marks in the entrance test for the first year students and semester performance for next year students. Who got good marks will get a hostel. Each room has 2 or 3 students. For girls it would be 3 or 4.The hostel fee is 30k per year. They provide with food wash rooms and other facilities.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. The senior students are very interactive with the juniors. They visit our classes at least once a month and clarifies any issues happened. They are very helpful in curricular as well as extra curricular activities.
Admission
Through counselling process I got admission. I opted biotechnology course because it is much related to our lifestyle and our origin. This made me opted the course and currently I'm studying this course
Faculty
As the institute has national level importance, the faculty were very much qualified and trained rarely we find unprofessional faculty merely one or two. Students are very much interactive with the faculty.
