Entrance Preview

Manipal Entrance Test called as ENAT whose scores are eligible for quite a good number of colleges. I scored some 136/240 back den which secured me rank around some 2000 approx.

Internships Opportunities

There wer good number of companies which selected students for internships during 6th and 7th sem. Capital IQ, Think and learn to name some.Provided stipend around 15-20k.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are not that great, though the placement percentage reaches atound 95%.TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO,IBM, DELOITTE account for more than 50% of the jobs.There is a rule as such like once you get placed into your dream or core company, you aren't allowed any further to sit for other core companies though you can sit for IT MNC's.

Fees and Financial Aid

They do provide AICTE scolarships (you just need to pay 50% of the fees) to the eligible students (students whose parents combined yearly income is less than 2 lakh/ annum). They provide freeships for the students who topped the ENAT (ranks below 1000-some specific no of students/branch). They have tie-up with syndicate bank to provide scholarship to students which is quite easy process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.
