Entrance Preview

AIEEE, dont remember the scoreit was near to my native place, and had a good reputation.Its and old college and had good eastablished faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

Quite similar to other NIT'snot to pressure, but had regular internal's and exams so not too easy too curriculum covered all basics which are essential to get you set to go out while looking for jobs.

Internships Opportunities

College gets nice companies to offer internship not sure if all branches got such help but electronics and computers didstipend is quite varying starting from 7000 rupees.

Placement Experience

Good placement optionsa lot companies come with wide range of packages college also assist in getting student placed for higher studies.

College Events

All round development is kept in mindand you have diiferent events all through the yeardifferent colleges all around the world come to participatetechincal and cultural fests quite similar as in other NITs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible at my time at my time it was aoround 9k, so was considered in quite cheap colleges similar to other NITs i think now it has increased.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and mess were ok during exams you get night mess too so quite reasonableeven charges were reasonable.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

3 internalsand semester exams in internals 2 best out of 3 are considered in final evaluation 5 months is general semester time so its distributed evenly in it.

Faculty

Its a very old college and few branches have a very experienced and established faculty. Faculty is very helpful in assisting you for things you want to try and specially when you have to look for projects or internships.

Placement Experience:

I don't know about placement because my batch is the second batch of btech course but the hod have assured that they will bring companies. In 7th semester students become eligible for placement. The average package you could expect is 300000.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunity in my college are quite good and student usually become eligible for the campus placement for 16 and seven semester, depending on the course number of recruitment, companies of the IT finance, consulting and the core industry, visit the campus, each year, student companies in for TCS et cetera, et cetera, the highest package offer is the quite impressive and average package a decent and the comparative compare to the other college and the region. This colleges through the job profile offer Software development, business analytics sector on the average packet of 78% are eligible and perform interview.

My experience of college

Placement Experience:

The thing about my course placement is that my batch is second batch so no batch have been passed out and placed in btech but the dean have assured us about the placement as they have bought companies for others courses so they will surely bring for btech also that's what they said. The companies will mostly nearby to dpg degree college. And the average package will maybe 3 lakh per annum.

Our college is the best option if you can't get good IITs or NITs and the research culture is excellent.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is excellent which is responsibly managed by the Head of the Department. Almost 95% of the students got placed with decent salary packages in MNC ranges between 8-9 LPA. For cooperatives and milk plants, the salary package offered ranges between 5-6 LPA. I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. For admission we have to give jee mains exam and then have to participate in jossa counselling you have to get around 99 percentile to get same branch in which I am while for some categories this can vary....Read More

Reality of NIT kurukshetra

I took this college because the nit kurukshetra is one of top college in India for engeenering. I also applied dtu and i also get it in but not cs breach which is my priority. I also want to go iit but i am able to qualified the jee advance.
