The college is fine. What matters the most is what you make of yourself. If you want to get spoiled and just lie down and waste your time, it's your fault, not the college's.

I took the KIITEE entrance examination and got a rank of 13611. I chose this college over other colleges because this was the most viable option for me. The course offered here was Mechanical(Automobile) Engineering which was of interest to me.

As far as I am concerned, the course curriculum is very well designed pertaining to the engineering courses, But, the advanced higher level courses are not very well designed.

None of the companies offered paid internship. But the placement companies made a record by giving 3400 jobs to 2700 students, myself being the one with 3 placement offers. Package details is around 3-4 lacs for normal day 1 companies with some companies offering around 14 lacs.

We celebrate many fests, both, technical and cultural. These are quite massive and around 4000 people attend it. This year Sunburn was held at KIIT fest 2015.

The fee structure for the 2012 batch was 2.50 lacs per annum including mess, hostel and other internet fees, everything. This makes it a total amount of 10 lacs in 4 years of engineering.

The scholarships facilities are available to outstanding students securing high percentages in exams and good CGPA in semester exams. These students are granted rebate on the fees. Plus, there are special offers for NRI students.

The campus life is amazing. The plethora of extracurricular activities going on around here is fantastic to engage in. I myself was involved in 2 international project work during my college life till now. There is many viable opportunities to consider and select a project.

The hostel facilities are good. The internet speeds is really good. Although, you require a login which gives you a limited access but that is still amazing. The rooms are okay in size and there are 3 people in a room normally.

The senior students are really helpful and friendly and there's lots of exchange of ideas. My experience was remarkable. I met some people who helped me see the world in an amazing way.

Exam structure is quite normal. Only problem is when the lab exams are held. These exams are quite hectic, other times the examination atmosphere is the same as any other.

The faculties of our college are well-experienced and have a high reputation. The teaching level is not very good but after a while you get used to it. Plus, the teachers are very helpful for project related advisement.
