Course Curriculum Overview

I studied Principles of management, Business laws, Communication Skills, and Entrepreneurship. All the subjects were important to learn and study. Moreover, we had these elective subjects also in which I opted to study Human Resource management.

Placement Experience

Being there for the MBA program I was worried about the jobs and placement things. But thanks to my faculty as well as campus. We all were given opportunity to present our candidature for the recruitment purpose. As companies with good turnover as well as status came during the placement fare conducted by the the campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the commencement of the MBA program was around Rs 260,375/-. Hence, the amount was paid trimester wise thus, I paid approximately Rs 87,000/-. Therefore the total expenditure for the course came up to be around Rs 5 lakhs/-.

Campus Life

Apart from the academic domain the college also encouraged us to participate in various sports-related activities like cricket, football as well as basketball. This eventually helped us to know and understand the importance of physical as well as mental balance.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms were good and ventilated and also had AC installed. Which helped me to stay without any issues. Apart from this, I opted for the hostel because of the distance between the campus and the hostel was less. Therefore, it helped me to save a lot of time.

Admission

The admission for the commencement of the MBA program I was asked to submit my CAT entrance followed by a written interview and a personal interview . Final selection was done on the basis of my work experience which was of about 2 years this was indeed a perk for me.

Faculty

All my professors had an impressive technique of teaching, as they had an MBA background. Which indeed was good at giving us brief about the subjects and the theories related to the managerial concepts. I was indeed lucky to be taught by them.

I went for the sake of Govt. college name which turned out of no use as teaching and support is very bad. Also my course name is just a gimmick. Our college admits students on JEE Advanced and for left over seats they use JEE Mains Score. Till 90 percentile in JEE Mains students can get this college. An Honest Opinion for your future at RGIPT

This college was Central Government and was taking admission on the basis of JEE Advanced that are the only 2 reasons to take admission here. I got few colleges but I preferred this. RGIPT conducts its own admission process through its portal. Cutoff for JEE advanced was around 30-35k rank. Admission was smooth process....Read More

RGIPT : An underrated college

The admission process included entrance exams like jee advanced and jee mains, but priority of jee advanced candidate is more and if seat remain vancant then it is filled through jee mains. I had applied many state government colleges like gurugram university, mdu rohtak, pec chandigarh, ymca faridabad, iist, iiser. Some of them are quite good but in terms of research and computer science engineering were not there so I freferred RGIPT. Our college accepts admission through JEE Advanced results but if seats remains vacant then it gets filled on the basis of JEE Mains score. Cutoff for JEE advanced is not specific but someone just qualified jee advanced then there is a high chance of getting admission here, and for jee mains, above 94 percentile is considered to be a safe score....Read More

I was getting a better branch in this collage with more opportunities. But when I saw my other college list that I got there was the lower branches. So instead of getting good colleges like IIITs and BIT Mesra and having lower branches. I choose to come to RGIPT which is also a reputed name but with a great booming branch.
