The journey of KIIT

Being a alumina of the college, i would say every institute has its own pros and cons. But we have to see the bigger picture. And KIIT is one of a kind. It tries it best to provide the students the platform to showcase their talent.

The curriculum is well planned and doesn't leave you stressed. The whole point of being in college is to get tired of the day after studying and doing extra curricular activities. Labs and lectures go hand by hand and goes well balanced.

KIIT is famous for 100% placement and the college tries to bring as many companies as it can for the fellow student. Internship drives are carried out in 3rd year. Companies like high radius, mahindra etc comes for the summer internship. Around 130 companies visit KIIT during the placements. Microsoft was the big shot company providing 10L /annum.

Life is KIIT is like a big celebration thar goes around from day 1 to day 0. We have lots of festivals, fest, workshops going on 365 days. every student participate in one or the other things. All the fests are huge and handled with much care and attention.

It comes under a little expensive with 1.56Lakhs per semesters. The prices have increase gradually for the young beings that have joined. Extra money wad taken for college fest and exams.

I have less idea about it, but yes they do provide a loan facility. One cab talk to the management about it and they will help you out in paying out the course fee for all the semester.

KIIT is full of cultural societies, workshops, fests etc throughout the year. Something or the other always happens in KIIT. The whole 4 years is like a big festival where you a part of all the little bug things that occurs.

Hostel was 56000 per semester, as I was staying in a AC accommodation extra 12k was paid for the AC. Normal non AC room hostel cost around 46000 per semester. They have plenty of rooms for everyone.

1st year isn't much of a happening time. They don't let you indulge in societies or have contact with senior much. But moving forward to 2nd year you become a free bird and yes you do have lots of interaction with seniors.

KIIT provides students with lot of exposure and let them build up their own personna. It provides students the platform to showcase their talents and even helps them find one! To get admission in KIIT one has to give its entrance exam known as KIITEE. Its a free of cost exam and one can choose which course they want to enroll in. The results come in a month and according the whole admissions process is mailed to the respective being.

All the faculties with due respect were very good at their own area of subject and teaching. They were open to queries eveb after the regular college shift. They will help you out in all ways possible.
