Only negative remark is that the college does not have a fest and is very strict with discipline. Other than that you will have a great group of friends who will always be there for you no matter what. And eventually you will enjoy the college more.

The course curriculum is outdated but makaut has recently changed the curriculum worse or better don't know. Most of the sem exams can be easily covered by reading Organizer which is last 10 years of makaut. The lab are not hectic.

The two big IT companies Infosys and CTS are the mass recruiters of this College. Besides them, ITC infotech also takes students. College does allow for internship but for 2 months. I cleared CTS interview and the salary 4lpa.

The sad part our college does not allow fest. The only program that happens each year is Tech fest which is also not too big. It has various events like coding, innovatia, robotics, photography, selfie and many more.

The fee has to be paid twice each sem. One for registration of exams which is around 1k as per makaut. The next sem fee needs to be paid after sem exams which is around 43k. It contains various sections like tuition fee, etc.

None available by the college. One can apply for internship outside college but needs to be approved by the college director. Mostly college allows internship for three months. But if internship is 2months then college will surely allow.

The labs are clean and running latest software. The college has a cultural club meant for various extracurricular activities. Each year college also organizes sports event and inter department tournaments.

The college does not have any hostel facility. However there are a lot of PG just outside of college. The average rentals are around 600 per month. There are a lot of mini restaurants outside the college. So for a student the monthly cost will be about 1k.

College seniors are relly helpful regarding campusing and future opportunities and really friendly. My interaction with them helped me in life and campusing. The alumni group is also very vast and helpful.

Yes I got admission in this College. My dream was to be a coder which made me choose this degree. One needs to score a good rank from 10k to 11k for IT or CSE dept in MAKAUT formerly known as WBUT. However if someone is at top 6 after 1st sem then he or she can switch to another department.

All the faculty are M. Tech passed and some of them have a PhD degree or pursuing a PhD degree. They are very friendly and has a great approach towards the curriculum. Me being an IT student I'm proud to have such a facility.
