There is everything ohky but yeah our college mainly focus on academic.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college organise the exam in semester form every six month there will be a end sem exam for that semester exam include of theory and practical both in theory there are 70 marks paper and 30 from practical internal and class activity which complete 100 marks.

In our college the placement cell is there who take the responsibility for placement test and than company check the cgpa of student and shortlisted them and then take Pi.

College Events

In our college many event are organisatie by different different club every month there is a event held by our college's club but there is also an event which organised by our college in every 2 year called aayam and also every year there is a inter-branch tournament are held in our college

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes I think the fee structure of my course is very expensive not because their course is not government funded it is self-finance course that's why the fee structure of my course is very expensive in that every type of fee included from laboratory to sports complex and internet fee

Yes there are many scholarship in our college the first one is maydhavi yojana by CM in our state and other are post matric scholarship.

In our college the main focus on greenery there is tree in every part of our college and the campus is very decent and the gender ratio is about 3:1 approx and yes in our college there is also sports meet every year inter-branch tournament in each sports

In our college the nature of our seniors and aluminum are too good towards their juniors they are always ready for help.

Admission

By choice filling in counseling and got the IP branch in first than I applied for upgradation and then finally i got my desire branch IT than I went to college for documents verification and after that I complete my admission process than they approve my documents and give me the seat.

Our college has si nanny faculty most of them are senior faculty and other are young lecturers and also there is a M. Tech student who is available in laboratory for our help our faculty help us anytime and explain us in good manners and always ready for help

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I applied for IET davv but I kept it as second preference in MP dte counselling. Other options available for me were some IIITs and lower branches in NITs but I wanted to go for IT sector. Now reason for me for choosing this college was it was slight better than iet and slight lower than IIITs but fees of IIITs was very high, So I didn't applied for them. When I applied for sgsits suddenly they increased their fees. I had no option left other than iet or taking sgsits, but in between confusions and dilemma I choosen sgsits by suggestions of relatives and other elders. Admission process is done through MP dte counselling, based on jee mains rank. Cutoff of general category for IT branch is about AIR 45,000. The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

I have applied to many nits and I got seat in NIT bhopal in electronics and communication branch. But I chose Sgsits cse over nit bhopal ece because I wanted to pursue my career in cse and I have no interest in ece. The admission process of the college is easy . First filling of application through date and then if we get seat we have to report college for the final admission process which is just of 1-2 hours and after fee submission your admission is confirmed.
