Remarks

The management is very good in the college. Gardening is also done at various places. The roads are kept clean. The classrooms are also well maintained. The administration generally runs smoothly. The fests are also managed finely. The faculty is helpful.

Entrance Preview

JEE main, i scored 220 out of 360, i chose mechanical engineering because in my college it is very good field. The faculty is very good and technical knowledge is also given brilliantly.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very good and faculty is very experienced. Research can also be done under the faculty. They will help for such activities.

Internships Opportunities

Yes it does provide internship. Stipend is not available, but the experience is very good.

Placement Experience

We have almost 100% placement. Many different companies visit for intake. They offer anywhere from 3-4 lpa upto about 25 lpa.

College Events

There are major technical events like mindbend and cultural events like sparsh. Apart from this there are lots of small events all round the year. In sparsh we welcome great celebrities like vishal dadlani, kk, javed ali etc.

The gender ratio is slightly unfair. The campus life is really enjoyable. There are lot of extra curricular activities as well as sports competitions. There is a lot of diversity in culture but people are united and work together.

Hostel Facilities

There are different hostels for different year students. The mess food and facility is very good. There are 2 students per room for 1st and 2nd yearites, then on there is 1 room per person.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

There is an alumni network that helps the present students. They guide us very well.

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, students become eligible after the 7th semester for the campus placements . Many top companies like IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , TCS and many more. the highest package that went in my batch was 13-20 LPA whereas the average package is 7-8 LPA as per the company and profiles. Mostly 80-85%of the students got placed every year. Some students also goes for the higher studies or for their family bussiness.My plan after getting the degree is to join a AI/IoT company at better package.

Placement Experience:

My college provide internship and placement from 3rd year of course and student must not have any pending backlog in placement cell. There is many company come for recruitment if i give some name is torrent power, TCS, E infochips, adani power many. The student get highest package is around 20 LPA and the avg package is around 3 4 lpa and around 70 to 80 percent student got placed every year. SVNIT -The best for Transportation engineering

I chose SVNIT just because this is one of the best college for transportation engineering. Why SVNIT is Good Choice!

The course I was getting that drove me to this college. This syllabus is best. Alreaddy told that I was getting LDCE and Nirma University with ECE branch, but I took drop that year. It was drop year and I was applying for DAIICT, but due to JEE rank i couldn't get that branch. I was getting the ECE in this collge, but planned for drop. Yes, this college stands strong based on previous understanding before coming to this college. Apply for JEE Exam, clear the exam with good score, I mean a good rank will ensure for all the branch. Now apply using JoSAA portal, then you will get the branch as per that year competition. Percentile 89 is good for cutoff.
