Remarks

Here the journey of my MBA degree was awesome and went smoothly. Without any hassle and with lots of love and respect I gained from this college. I am happy that I opted for this college as the course was completed so brilliantly and other facilities were impressive too.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college works for the final year students and helped us to train and build our CV stronger. The college invites good and reputed brands for the hiring process so that each of the deserving candidates gets the opportunity to work and earn.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I paid Rs 1,080,000/- in total hence, during the commencement of the program I paid Rs 555,000/-. This much is quite feasible and can be afforded by the students. The cost is less and the facilities were impressive.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities like sports, and other cultural events and festivals like Durga Puja are celebrated here with full hype. Along with this, the college library functions so well with all the required books and research papers. Moreover, the college is full of resourceful things and places.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are very much required as the distance between the hostel and the college was very less hence, it saved our time of commuting, and we could concentrate more on the college as well as course. My hostel fee was someway to be around 60,000/- as I opted for the 2-bed room which had one common washroom.

Alumni/Alumna

My college promotes welfare and works for the benefit of each and every member of the college whether they are former students. Thus, a special cell for alumni is there that helps and support us by giving us good knowledge about jobs and events.

Admission

I completed my graduation with 70 percent and wanted to pursue MBA as this course has a lot of scopes and keeping this in mind I gave my CAT exam and to my luck, I was able to match all the required information published by the college especially the CAT scores.

Faculty

Most of my professors had 10 plus years of experience and their knowledge about the management subjects was so good too. Their method of teaching was impressive and hence, helped us to understand the concept easily.

Placement Experience:

Students can avail the degree also if they are already in a job in blended mode. Internships are given to students once they complete their 2nd semester exams. Final placements can be given after the completion of 3rd semester. Lots of job opportunities are given to the students.

Typically, students become eligible for campus placements in the second year i.e. after completing the compulsory summer internship program. Companies visiting the campus can vary from year to year, but few to mention Big 4 companies visit every year, FMCG brands, startups, banks and NBFCs provide placements to students every year. I passed CAT exam for this curriculum. I got 40 percentiles. The course is all about finance and I wanted to specialize over it from the beginning, so I had to choice this course.In CU there was GD and personal interview had been held.I had to pass those two round before my admission in CU.

Being A Xaverian

It is a very good University with great educational facilities. the placements of SXUK is fabulous, many of seniors are in big multinational companies. The sports and extra curricular activities are very good and with many opportunities. They provide scholarships too. To be very honest this university has no backdrop it has no science subjects but is giving studies in Law, Business, Commerce, Humanities, Mass Communication and Social Work too. The only thing is that the teachers here are new with less teaching experience but are highly qualified. Admission Process : Minimum 45% in All Subjects, No Quotas here, And admission in Law is taken through an Entrance Exam Called Xavier's Law Admission Test (XLAT).
