Remarks

My college experience was good as Kolkata is already an amazing place I loved the food as well as the festivals we use to celebrate. Each and every classmate was friendly and helped us to know and understand the little things about this college as well as place.

Placement Experience

The placement drives are constantly held in the college and especially during the final semester. The students are invited to take part in the hiring and recruitment process along with this, the college also encouraged the students to take part in the good sector.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For the commencement of Masters in Business Administration my fee structure is according to the college norms. For that, in total I invested approximately Rs 11 lacs/-. And per yearly account I spent Rs 5 lacs to Rs 6 lacs/-.

Campus Life

The campus had a digitized library with almost 200 plus books and many journals along with published papers. The digital catalogs helped us to find the perfect required book and we use to study there too. Apart from this, there is a sports section as well as a better food court.

Hostel Facilities

I have been staying in 3 bed room hostel forwhich I paid approximately Rs 70,000/- per semester. Hence, the total amount I spent on my hostel charges was someway to be around Rs 2,80,000/-. The hostel had good rooms and attached washrooms along with this the premise was well developed with Wifi all around.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni cell of the college works for the welfare and giving knowledge to all the former students. Here the meetings and events are organized by the college where we all are invited to take part and present our views.

Admission

I applied here for the MBA program as the course was very much interesting as well as according to my career choice. Hence, after giving the CAT exam I took admissions here because I was meeting the eligibility criteria set by the college.

Faculty

Each department constitutes good professors and especially in my course the teachers and the visiting professors were well trained along with their specialized subject knowledge. They were good enough to clarify all our doubts.

Good campus vibes

Placement Experience:

Students can avail the degree also if they are already in a job in blended mode. Internships are given to students once they complete their 2nd semester exams. Final placements can be given after the completion of 3rd semester. Lots of job opportunities are given to the students.

I passed CAT exam for this curriculum. I got 40 percentiles. The course is all about finance and I wanted to specialize over it from the beginning, so I had to choice this course.In CU there was GD and personal interview had been held.I had to pass those two round before my admission in CU.

Being A Xaverian

It is a very good University with great educational facilities. the placements of SXUK is fabulous, many of seniors are in big multinational companies. The sports and extra curricular activities are very good and with many opportunities. They provide scholarships too. To be very honest this university has no backdrop it has no science subjects but is giving studies in Law, Business, Commerce, Humanities, Mass Communication and Social Work too. The only thing is that the teachers here are new with less teaching experience but are highly qualified. Admission Process : Minimum 45% in All Subjects, No Quotas here, And admission in Law is taken through an Entrance Exam Called Xavier's Law Admission Test (XLAT).
