Positive remarks are many not single. Faculty here is very nice. Atmosphere in college as well as hostel is very nice and good for all the things study deciplin and all. Campus is of very high class. Sports in college is very good. The one and only negative thing to say about college is the placement. But its also improving now.

Placement and job opportunities are not upto the mark. But all the deserving candidates gets the job. Various companies visit the college. But now college is trying different things to increase the placements. Top companies which visit the campus include Mitsui OSK lines, Maersk tankers, MOLTA , etc.

Its a part of private university. Campus has many different colleges with this one. Biggest event in campus is the PERSONA FESTIVAL once every year. Other than persona fest Ganesh chaturthi is celebrated in college, its a five day festival. Also college celebrates the Shivaji Maharaj jayanti. Navratri is also celebrated.

Its very feasible as compared to other institutions offering same course in India. Its almost 10 to 20 percentage cheaper than all other institutions which offer the same marine engineering course with same gread as of this college.

Yes college offers the scholarship to the students. Basically two are their. For sports person for the national level medalist. And for the meritorious performance in 10+2 for their PCM total average.

Their are extracurricular activities. Different model making and paper presentation competition. Many labs throughout the course. Many different sports. main sports events per year Vishwanath sports meet. They all are very good. Facilities for the sport is very good. Almost all the sport are played in college.

Yse I have opted for the hostel. Because you don't have other options. This is the residential course. You must need to stay here only. I personally rate the infrastructure of the hostel 9.5 out of 10. I truly love the architect of the building. Wardens are also nice but same time very strict, as here for the course deciplin is atmost important.

Alumni network is very good. They are very helpful in various situations. Senior here are very good. Ragging is absolutely zero here. Also there are vary strict rules against ragging in the campus. They are much helpful for all things like exams as all live in single hostel.

There's a entrance exam for admission. Organised by college itself. Various exam centre are there. I had given from pune center which is this college itself. After results of the exam, need to do medical fitness test, eyesight test (6/12) allowed, no colour blind. After that hostel is alloted and admission is confirmed by paying the 1st fees.

All the faculty is well educated and much experienced. For all core subjects faculty is ex sailor, with lot experience. For first 2 years most of the teachers are engineers mastered their field. For workshop instructors all also very good.
