Entrance Preview

Manipal University Online Entrance Test. Manipal holds its own entrance exam every year and selelects student on the basis of their rank. (Branch is allotted on the basis of ranks in MUOET). I opted for this college because it is very reputed.

Internships Opportunities

Yes college supports various clubs which provide you with foreign as well as domestic internships. These internships are mostly paid ones. Also high scorers are given a stipend of 50000 annually for expenses.

Placement Experience

Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) has always been very proactive in placing the students into the profiles of their preference. The institute has a well-organized placement team headed by the Associate Director (Industrial Liaison, Placements & Practice School) and comprising of faculty and student coordinators from each department. On an average, over 100 companies visit MIT Manipal for UG & PG campus placements & internship recruitment every year.

Campus Life

Campus life in MIT manipal is better than any place else. There is a lot of diversity in the campus with students coming from all over the world. Extracurricular is one of the plus points of being here. It is a hub to a lot of technical clubs including Formula Manipal. These clubs help students build something of their own and innovate.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is quite strong in this college. The seniors here are very helping and don't miss on a chance to work with or for there juniors. They are quite encouraging and also take part in talkshows with new students to boost them up and help them get through college.

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.
