Remarks

Positive as the college had good staff and good co ordination between all departments. Staff behaviour is good. But the betterments in labs should be done. Again our college does not have their own sports ground or gym. So these facilities should be provided.

Course Curriculum Overview

College is good. And staff also teaches well. We had 30 marks insem exam and 70 marks end sem exam along with orals and practical. Also the take practice test in college. And industrial visits are also done by college

Placement Experience

Our college had good communication between department and company's. But only IT and computer companies visit to our college for placement. Core company comes only 1 or 2 in year. So the students from mechanical and electrical are not placed as compared to IT and CS

College Events

In this case our college is too good. There were lots of events organised by our college. Like Sports day, Rose day, Cultural day. This days have lot of fun. Again dinner and some guest lectures are organised by college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think as per facilities given to us. The fee structure is some how expensive. As I'm obc student i pay 50 thousand. But I think they should give some relief to students. Near bout 35 thousand. Campus is not much developed. But the flura and founa will win your heart

Fees and Financial Aid

As I'm OBC student i pays 50 thousand per year. But this scholarship is given us by government. So I don't think there is any profit to us from college site. And the process of scholarship submission is very slow in our college. Only one person handles that all college for scholarship. So at least 3-4 sections should be done

Campus Life

As I told sports days are of 3 days in our college. So we get opportunity to show our ground skill in the college. Again we get prizes from college. Means for winners. I personally had carrom champion trophy from college. Labs are good but not as good as other colleges

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful for us. All they treat us like their brothers. And most important think there is no ragging in our college. Good bonding and also supports in exam time. Tells us how to deal with the hard subjects.

Admission

I got 123 marks in CET. So by the DTE merit list i got this college in open quota. First we had to feel the form on DTE. Then there where 3 rounds for college allotment. In 1st round i got this college itself. But I wait till 3rd round for betterment.

Faculty

They are good in teaching. But they dos partially between good and bad student. Some teachers are of humble nature and supportive. But some think these students are here only for time pass. Still they were good

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

I chose this college because this college is very reputed in Pune for engineering specially electrical engineering. Admission process - You should apply through CAP process to get admission in this college. MHTCET + JEE, both scores can get you admitted in this college as there is also an all India quota. After the CAP processes are completed, you can also attend it's spot round as they are also conducted in a very systematic manner. Why this college over others? Pune vidyarthi gruha college of engineering and technology (pvgcoet) a overall great college with affordable fees

This is one of the top colleges In pune. This was the reason for me to choose this college. Comparing pvg with colleges like aissms, dy patil, modern, and many more pvg is far better in terms of placements. Didn't had the marks required to get to other colleges like vit viit pict coep pccoe etc so I choose pvg. I got a confirmed admission for keystone college but it is worse that pvg so I chose pvg. To get admission in pvg college you need to fill a form of cet. Mht cet is one of these examples. If you have passed 12th standard then apply for mht cet.
