No doubt college infrastructure and reputation is pretty good. But the college is very crowded, in each class there are 80+ students even after having 4-5 section sections in each branch. The college has no vehicle rule which creates a issue for transportation as the campuses are very apart. And the hostels have lot of restrictions.

The course is pretty good. There are exams every month and weekly assignments. As it is deemed to be university the question papers are prepared in the college itself. Each semester is of 5 months. And the syllabus is updated accordingly to the mordern world need.

Placment and job scenario are pretty good. Every year a average package of 5-6 Lakh per Annum package is taken by the students. A few well reputated companies visit the college for placements like HP , Wipro, Microsoft and more

As all college this college also celebrate its Annual Fest as KIIT Fest. And has Many student body organizations which organize events and programmes on regular basis(on an avg. 4-5 events every month). In the college fest i.e. the KIIT Fest there are 2 major events that are DJ night and Star Night.

As it is a private college so like all Private college its academic fee is also pretty high i.e. Rs. 1,50,000/- per semester. And Hostel charges are from Rs. 21,000 -Rs. 60,000/- based on your selection. Mess charge is Rs. 17,500/- per sem. And there is a exam registration fee of Rs. 1000 per semester. And laundry charges are additional.

Well this college provide Scholarship to its creme students. For students ranking in top three in their respective branches a complete scholarship for one semester is given. And for students ranking in top 10000 in there entrance exam a scholarship amount of Rs. 10000 is given every month throughout the course period.

Extracurricular activities are organised throughout the year some by the college and some by the students societies. Laboratories are well equipped and there are large number laboratories meeting the need of the students. College has more than one cricket and football stadium. And almost every sports equipment is available. Including gym and swimming pool and tennis courts also.

I have opted for 3 bed Non-AC hostel. Infrastructure is pretty good there is sufficient space and regular cleaning is provided. Like all mess the food is only eatable not statisfying. Well one advantage is it provide non- vegetatrian food 5 days a week.

There are a few alumni and senior networks in college which visit the college occasionally. And some are there as the head of the students societies. So, there are great ways of interaction with the seniors. And if you are a hostler then from 2nd year onward you start living among the seniors and they help in many academic activties and even in extracurricular activities.

First you have to give entrance exam which is free, if you clear it you are called for counseling which is held in june-july and at the time of counseling you have to pay the admission fee for seat booking. And once counseling is over you can apply for course upgradation if eligible. And after that Academic fee along with Hostel and Mess charges has to be paid ,if taken. And once you have paid the fees you are officially a KIITian.

Faculties are pretty qualified and some are even overqualified. But they all stress more on Assignments and projects. They are short on faculty so every year they recruit a large number of non experienced and freshly passed out students for teaching.
