You’ll experience a best college life

Expensive, they want money so for everything they’ll charge too high. No unnecessary collections are done but the mandatory things they do like every other instituitions are very high. From re-registration of failed subjects to everything

Compared to many other colleges Biomedical engineering in manipal is having a fair curriculum with classes combined with medical college where students get real exposure about what actually happen in a hospital

Overall it is good even though I didn’t get. Since student intake is high in terms of number there’s tough competition during placements because even for the recruiters selection of candidates is confusing.

Celebration, enjoyment and all are really good. You’l enjoy it to the core. Almost every function are celebrated and more freedom for students is there in MIT. So you’ll never feel you miss some celebration in home

Fees wise MIT is very expensive, not just fees even if you fail also they’ll squeeze your money out. If you loose one subject you have to pay 18,000 to re-register and further repeat it. No compromise on money is seen here

If you score really good mark there is small concession in fees. If you are a student of their sister instituition or school then you’ll definitely get concession on fees. About loan I don’t have a clear cut idea

For sports interested students there’s a independent sports complex and this is something special and you’ll not see it in other colleges. For playing games also they have plenty of space and grounds. So extracurricular activities are also plenty.

Hostel is available in wide range from AC flats kind if hostel to normal hostel are available but entry will be based on your CGPA. If your score is bad and you want stay in best hostel its not possible. Even if you’re ready to pay money

I have just completed my course now. I have heard there’s a big alumni network for manipal alumni’s. So far its of no use for me. But I very well know its gonna be really helpful for me in future. Because you have big shots in top positions across globe.

I did diploma before, so i wrote manipal entrance test for lateral entry(for people after diploma) and then got the admission. Lateral entry is where you directly join to second year of the corresponding branch.

As usual some are real good teachers others are bookworms. I was a weak student by marks and a enthusiastic student in practical knowledge but unfortunately my faculty only believed in marks card, developing a practical exposure was too less for them
