Best college for overall development

They provide very good facilities.but the ways the tests are taken is very stressful cause there is always something coming up like an assignment or sessional or lab exams or lab evaluation or end sems.

Course curriculum is good,we give exams on Epad.we have some MCQ type of questions and subjective type of questions.we have 4 assignments 2 sessionals and 1 end sem.In assignments we a 5mk question which is an open book test and sessional amd end sem are subjective

I am still a 3 semester student and haven't experienced any of placement and job opportunities neither internships.But according to my seniors they core branches have a verry good job opportunity while the rest gotta do some more efforts

In the odd semesters we have a event called Techtatva,this is technical event wity lot of fun activities going around the campus with lots of food stalls.In evem semester we have a event called Revels.it is more about cultural and sports events.

The fee structure is relatively little expensive.its 3lkhs per annum excluding hostel for half of the branches for the core bramches it is 4 lkhs per annum excluding hostel(CS,ME,ECE,CVL). hostel fees is around a lakh per annum.

I haven't availed any of the scholarships or loan facilities offered by the college cause i wasn't known of it.apparently there is a scholarship for students who have Obc and income certificate which says that they are eligible for the scholarship.

The extracurricular activities are awesome.there are badmintion courts,football and hockey fields with flud lights,TT tables,gym,running track, tennis courts, swimming pool etc.the labs also are good and always open to practice.

Hostel infrastructure is really upto the mark.I would rate it 10/10.it has good rooms with very good bathrooms.there are cleaners to always keep your rooms and bathrooms clean.we have sports facilities as well.

They are very helpful.as of now we haven't interacted with any of alumni but our senior students are very helpful.there is no ragging and senior students get along very well.they understand you and help you anytime about anything you need

I gave the entrance exam MUOET.later i was called for round 1 of counselling in which i got Biomedical engineering and i liked it and i joined it.so we w inere supposed to go to the college for first round of counseling either in Manipal,jaipur or sikkim.

Faculty in manipal is just like any other colleges rather more strict.only few teachers are student friendly.They are not at all liberal and always want us to suffer.They really don't care about how one performs,all they care is about finishing their job
