Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is pretty good with proper lab facilities that gives ample opportunity to research. The exams are held as required and not as much hectic. The labs are loaded with latest instruments to help in research work.

Placement Experience

The college conducts its recruitment drive and a number of companies such as reliance communications, EPCOS, talbros, JSSI, etc recruited students for various jobs in their respective companies. They also train students to appear in the inerviews.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since it is a private college, fees is pretty huge for a normal middle class person. It is INR 320000 for over four years of course. It has to be paid semester wise and can be paid via online transfer or demand draft, as deemed fit by the individual.

Campus Life

A lot of extracurricular activities are conducted to keep students prepared about outside world too. Yoga day, blood donation camps, debates, NSS, etc are held in order to let students think out of the box and relax their minds from studies too.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are provided separately for boys and girls with all facilities to make it a good experience for the students. There are three buildings for boys hostel while just one in case of girls hostel. There's inbuilt mess and water & electricity supply is present there. Hostel staffs are present to take care of needs of the inmates.

Admission

In order to get admission, a student has to qualify WBJEE/JEE mains examination. Apart from that other eligibility requirements include student passing higher secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as his main subjects and passing it with 45%.

Faculty

Faculties are pretty decent and also go out of their ways to help the students. They try to achieve maximum attention of students to impart good knowledge to them with regards to their specific subjects.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

Below Average college with poor placement but friendly faculty members can consider only if you have no other options

The main reason for which I and most of my other classmates took admission here is affordability as one can complete his degree in less than 3.5 lakhs which is quite low compared to other colleges. I had considered taking admission in Swami Vivekananda University because of its distance from my house, although overall course fee is same in both the colleges but admission fee is quite High in SVU for which I choosed IIE over SVU. I also had an valid WBJEE rank and if chossed to sit for counselling would have got many better college with TFW scheme according to this year's cut-offs but had already taken admission and paid admission fee which was not refundable....Read More

Very good college with best teacher and a placement cell is also very good go for it for BTech and there is also Nursing from them just go for it faculty r very good Hod is behaviour is outstanding But if you tell folks you're a college student, folks are so impressed.
